The Land Conservancy of Ohio​

The Land Conservancy of Ohio is an Ohio based 501c3 organization founded in 1999.

 

Our goal is to work with developers, attorneys, environmental consultants and regulatory agencies on the protection of wetlands, stream corridors, and open-space of all sizes using conservation easements and environmental covenants. Together we work to meet the requirements of 401 & 404 permits, local zoning or mitigation programs, in a timely, cost effective and non-confrontational manner.
