Serves as the third party holder of the conservation easement or environmental covenant.

 

Assists legal counsel and consultants in drafting conservation easements and covenants that meet regulatory requirements of local zoning, USACE and OEPA permits.

 

Files the conservation easement or covenant with the county recorder making it a permanent record for the property.

 

Conducts site inspections to monitor easement compliance and marks the easement boundary with identification signs.

 

Develops educational materials and coordinate long-term post development management programs with developers, consultants and homeowner's associations.
